Harry joined the London office of BPL Global in 2008, becoming a Director in 2017.
In 2012, he relocated to Singapore and was instrumental in setting up BPL Global’s office there, helping to grow the client base and subsequently build one of the largest specialist teams in the region.
He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of BPL Singapore in September 2019 and was responsible for several key relationships with international banks and global commodity traders with credit and political risk exposures throughout Asia Pacific.
Harry returned to the London office mid-2021 to take on a new management role.
Harry’s career at BPL Global began by working on several blue-chip French corporate accounts, before transitioning to focus on several key French banks and commodity traders.
In addition to his experience in Singapore, Harry has in-depth experience placing risks for clients booking assets around the world, in particular China, Japan and Taiwan. He has played a pivotal role in growing both BPL Global’s Asian portfolio as well as the Asian CPRI market as a whole. He has extensive knowledge across the full spectrum of trade and structured commodity finance transactions, as well as project and export finance.
Harry is a member of the International Energy Credit Association, which promotes the understanding of credit and risk management in relation to energy commerce, as well as the International Project Finance Association.
Harry is fluent in French and Spanish and holds a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
