Tim started his career in the CPRI market as a member of the Marsh graduate scheme in 2011, working solely in their London credit and political risk practice. Upon joining BPL in 2014 he has worked with French and German banking clients on a broad range of transactions, including developing a particular expertise for project finance in the Turkish PPP sector and has spoken at conferences in Turkey on the subject. He is also experienced in designing and placing bespoke credit and political risk insurance products for exporters and corporates.

Tim manages a small team at BPL and has a particular focus on promoting the product to clients in Scandinavia and central & eastern Europe. Tim was the first broker in the CPRI market to place a credit insurance policy digitally via the London market electronic trading platform, PPL. His interest in the market stemmed from his time in west Africa, where he briefly had a job as a football pundit on Ghanaian television. Tim is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurance and a graduate from Durham University.
